I've tried multiple times to install I'm up to date on everything I need and have it in the right location. I can't figure out why it isn't working. It worked once the other day but I have no clue why. I think it might have to do with my firewall settings but I'm not sure. I've tried different things but nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
