I see alot of people talking about a battle royale gamemode. While im not a developer i think there are several flaws that would make a battle royale gamemode way harder to do.
Distance Problem - BR games usually have a sizable map, now this wouldnt be an issue if peds didnt get stuck 250m away from your character and further. Now this could be fixed by spawning vehicles for the peds like this mod does, but i would be a weird dynamic. Imagine almost every gunfight is with a ped in a vehicle.
Zones - Maybe this isnt an issue and this can be simply done. But in order to keep things fun BR games typically shrink the map farther into the match so players cant just camp on the edge of the map. But something tells me the peds would have a hard time with the zone thing.
Looting - I think a looting system could be done, although i dont know how the peds would be able to loot . Again im not a developer so im not an expert but a looting system that works with peds sounds a bit tricky to do. You could just randomize their weapons before they spawn to make it look like they where looting but that would kind of feel off at times.
There are other issues that I didnt put on here but i think they are minor.

Just downloaded the new update, i like the new maps! Also think it was a good change to turn off vehicles on only weapon modes as it was kind of annoying to not have anything to defend yourself against a tank. Overall great update keep up the good work!
@SMII A hostage senario type mode would be fun but i think it would only work in indoor enviroments which there arent many of. I mean there are things like OpenAllInteriors which adds more indoor areas to the game but im not sure if the bots would work good with that especialy because some of the interiors require you to press a button to enter them. Although there are some good interiors in that mad such as the stadium it adds. It has an upper level where the hostage takers could defend, and it has a lower level where the hostages could be kept. Just a suggestion if that gamemode will be added. Honestly this mod has so much potential, the sky is the limit eally!
@SMI This is exciting! Anyway have you already decided what will make you unlock attachments? Like a certain amount of kills, or a score system of some sort? Also when you said something about a defuse gamemode did you mean something like a counter strike styled gamemode? Im a big fan of global offensive so that would be really fun. btw you should make the plane crash area in the desert a map, not sure what the coordinates of it are.
I just installed the latest scripthook a couple days ago so i could play mods. And i got to say, this mod is really fun to play! Anyway i wanted to ask if an attachment system for weapons is possible to make. And if it is i think it would be fun to unlock attachments for a weapon the more you use it, although i dont think this would be good outside the mode where you unlock the weapons. btw im loving this mod and honestly i cant stop playing it lol. Keep up the good work!
I was gonna try this mod again today because the bugs where fixed but then i had to update my game and now none of my mods will work. Ill have to wait till there is a new scripthook update. Btw did anybody else get an update because I havent been hearing shit from anyone?
@SMII I spawned where I last was when i opened the mod menu and there is red and blue text that says ''Loading'' not sure what that is about. It doesnt crash my game
@SMII m pretty sure im using the latest game version. I tried the mod with mods installed which are the following.
Menyoo, OpenInteriors, RealRageV, Realistic Weapon Sounds andRobFleeca
It didnt work so i removed everything mod related except for ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet
And it still wont work. Like I can get to the mod settings screen but whenever i hit Start Game an error pops up. Anyway thanks for the fast reply!
