i can change the cars tunning part that crash my game

hello thanks for your help it finally work but i got other problem my cars is tunning part can be change or spawned example can modified my wheels why i try every thing but no solution can you help me and sorry about my bad english
is not working i have gta5 1.39 so the game got 30 dlc in the update folder but wen i add 2 more only the game crash
i got a bug some car can be spawned normally but wen i go inside the game crash
any idea about the solution
this is awesome i put 46 dlc car in only one but it take 4 hours :)
