I figured when you copy a file from the original LSPD cops from Open IV, and you install this mod it still will replace, but if you put the original copy of LSPD dispatch only back in, there will be LSPD Cops again, which i recomment. Iv'e tested it and it worked, so when returning to San Andreas, i recomment putting back the original files and before installing this mod, i also recomment that you take out the original files to have a copy in a folder and you can name the folder whatever you want.

I figured, that when you activate this mod during LSPDFR gameplay off duty, Niko most abilities like the Protagonists of GTA 5 such as purchasing Weapons at Ammunations around San Andreas, Going golfing in LS, using Vending Machines, Entering clothes stores, etc! So at least then all that works!
