@vmpkilla Unfortunately that didn't fix the issue for me..
and i guess that should be "true" bcoz the bug should be disabled right.. and in the default enb settings also, the author (boris) marked it "true"
anyways.. tried every true/false combination for DisableGameBlurMSAABug and DisableGameDepthOfFieldMSAABug.. but issue not resolved

Can you confirm a few things for me:
1. Your's Nvidia Card? (mine's AMD and I read in forums that AMD cards don't go well with ENB's)
2. Is Ambient occlusion turned off in ENB settings (that will fix the MSAA issue, but you will lose both AO and Indirect Lighting (IL))
@alex189 thanks for making this video.. as @vmpkilla had said, i too have issues with dante's hair.. even with everything maxed out in 4k, i can see through his hair.. the only way to make it look good is to use msaa (unfortunately msaa and enb's dont go well together).. or reduce shader quality to normal (enb's will be disabled then).. and since this is trevor's replacement, i guess the issue is more noticeable (in-game trevor's hair is more aliased when compared to micahel)
Hope you would fix this issue.. or atleast post an alternate hair version which is more dense like michael's
