@tramter Hats are UV Mapped in a way so its more efficient, there's no need for it be straight and easier to skin as the base model was not intended for it. Other than that, good job!
Just a note that you don't have any copyright over this so I would advise that you remove the "Copyright (c) 2020 Cobra Designs" as that's not legally applicable. It doesn't come under any of the guidelines of what would be included as none of these are any of your work, you've just added them onto each other and put it in a game.
Setup overall isn't bad, the skin is horrible. The chequers are different sizes and are not placed at an angle resulting in the rear squares being much larger than the front ones at the side. The equipment at the back isn't bad, though the scaling could be revised. Again, the skin is of quite low quality, the cutouts are very rough, and the areas cutout is just not what any British Force uses.
Good effort though you've forgotten to the the edge normals on the Suit so it is polygonal. There's no Normal map or Spec Map from what I can tell either, needs some work but good concept overall.
