If you're having trouble with siren settings in GTA V, here's a solution:
    1. Navigate to carcols.meta:
    * Locate the entries for LSPPScoutUM and LSSPStan.
    * Inside each item, at the very top, you'll find an ID.
    * Replace this ID with any unique three-digit number that hasn't been used elsewhere. Just choose a number—conflicts are unlikely.
    2. Save your changes and open carvariations.meta:
    * Find the entries for lsppscoutum and lsppstainer.
    * At the bottom of each item, you'll see a siren setting.
    * Change these siren setting numbers to match the three-digit IDs you just inputted in carcols.meta.
After making these changes, your vehicles' sirens should work correctly. The whole reason you are needing to do this is because the sirenID's are interfering with another addon with that same exact ID like Jacob's SAHP pack.

@Ondrakop 2 ways you can drag and drop it into the ytd files or press the import button on the top left and import them from there

@DylanJeter1 not sure if you haven't already gotten it it's been several months now but I am just trying this out. I figured out like any other custom plate, they now have to be placed in the patch2023_02's vehshare.ytd
