I figured it out by watching the install tutorial on youtube (above). To use Openformats you must right-click the screen in openIV and seclect "import openformats" from the menu. That would seem to be a key piece of information missing form the readme.txt.
I'm very greatfull for free mods trust me. But for the love of god please make CLEAR installation instructions for people who may be doing it for the first time.
Can you please post better installation instructions. I'm very adept at installing car mods but since I've never installed a ped mod before, I don't have enough information to successfully complete the task. I need to know the location and folders where the files are found!
Happy he's able to make some money off his hard work. I'm more than willing to support him. Can't believe the arrogance of the people demanding he work for free. Do you also walk into Wal Mart and demand free stuff? Like really...WTF???
I just did a clean install of GTA V with Rage plugin. The mod doesn't start when I hit F7. Prior to the install I had it working perfectly so I don't know why it's not working anymore. Any suggestions? I've set Rage to allow all plugins to be loaded.

The installation instructions are extremely confusing and don't make sense. In particular this line:
Import openformats, navigate to the folder you put the Modern Siren Pack 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' in and select the 'Vehicles.oac'
What is "openformats"? There is no mention of it anywhere else. Importing vehicles.oac in openIV does nothing. Can someone clarify?
My kids love this! Than you. Can you explain how to add the side plow? I use simple trainer and I don't see a vehicle extra's menu.

Why did you have to use a .7Z zip file? What in the holy hell is a .7Z file? Now I have to download some new program just to access this!
So what does it use then? How do we get it to turn on?

This mod crashes my entire install and forces me to re-do my mods folder. Even just copying the riot files and noting else crashes everything!
