Yeah mod works although the game config setup is also quite confusing because its just a load of files and for someone who has no idea it looks like too much so, the way I did it was I clicked "for more mods" then placed the stock traffic into the place it asked me to and it was all good, pretty happy with the mod

appreciate it, bro... I followed every install step on a fresh install of GTA for it to crash, this happened before too on my other install and I had to reinstall cuz u don't tell us how to uninstall or bother with putting the 10+ plus install as an OIV...

still works to an extent every now and again it breaks and stops working but wish this mod was still being supported cuz its dope af
