My game keeps crashing on startup i also download heapadjuster and gameconfig etc. but the game keeps crashing still i also tried deleting menyoo and enhanced native trainer but no luck any fix found yet im also using the latest game version btw

Each time i time travel back it breaks and removes the wheels or if im in third person it deletes the entire car forced to restart the whole game
Each time i open the menu the peds wont show up
