The mod works without any problems, just edit the gameconfig file manually.
Great mod
Really great mod! Thanks for creating it, it makes the ai speed more normal instead of going super slow, and the car spawn file fixed my issues with a ton of trucks spawning in traffic with L.A density mod. But as someone said I suggest you upload a preview or comparison video, so people know how different it is.
