1) Rename the downloaded file from "m3gtre46dtd" to simply "m3gtr".
2) Copy this "m3gtr" file to the path, GTA V / MODS / UPDATE / X64 / DLCPACK /
3) . in OpenIV go to the path, GTA V / UPDATE / UPDATE.RPF / COMMON / DATA /..
and edit the "dlclist" file..
4) Just Add this proper line in it "<Item>dlcpacks:\m3gtr\</Item>"..
Save the file and close..
5) In game, spawn the vehicle by typing this proper model name,
