Anyways, most story characters don't have the needed lines for this mod to work.
Those being: "CHAT_ACROSS_STREET_RESP"
"GREET_ACROSS_STREET"
"CHAT_RESP"
"PED_RANT"
"GENERIC_HOWS_IT_GOING"
"WON_DISPUTE"
There's some others in there but those are the main ones.
Also, you can freely edit the file to change what line you want spoken, as I mentioned in the readme in the zip file.

This mod make NPC battles much longer, before they end quickly cause of most of them die due to the writhe feature, now not anymore, and sometimes when they get up they try to melee enemies lmao
I guess a feature to add would be giving knocked out NPC's an injured facial expression, IV had that and it just looks strange seeing NPC's have blank expressions when they're downed.
