@gilbert_at There's actually a mod that lets you drop your currently equipped weapon and also another mod for disabling pickups. Use search for them.

Yeah, I know and tried them all but none of those worked for me unfortunately. This mod is the first one that did. Generally I can't get any LUA mods to run, despite installing everything to the letter. This is a .NET version, and it did the job.

@gilbert_at Well, it might be too late but I'll do it anyway. Native Trainer is all you need. Really. It sure is cryptic to achieve this but using this trainer to switch your character to an animal and then back to human, it actually removes both weapons and ammo.

Ha, really? lol I remember holding the mobile in a paw (weirdly stretched beneath belly), but didn't arm a weapon. Next time I need to purge weapons I will try that, thx!

@gilbert_at if you cant get any LUA Mods to work its probably because you don't have Visual Studio 2013 x64 Redist installed official Microsoft download here.

Well the thing is, I did have the right Redist installed, but also half a dozen others (2005, 2008, 2010 etc.). As soon as I cleaned it all out it worked, cheers!

Could you make only lose weapons version?
Losing the money to buy weapons is hard.

@faust0327 It is already planned in the code. There are already line of code which is supposed to support ini file to know if you want loose all your money or not. But actually, when I make this ini file, and I switch off money penalities, then it's still here :/ I will try to fix it and make this feature available :)

This is a very brutal punishment. I guess it is considered a permadeath mod. Not my kind of mod, but it might be just right for other people. I recommend toning down the punishment, it is too severe.

Not sure if you even check this anymore but could you make a mod the same as this but you only loose 100k on death iv'e tried looking up on how to do this myself but i'm just not that pc smart.

Anyone know any mod that makes being wasted have similar impact as being busted? Something like this mod but instead of losing everything you maybe only lose just weapons or something

@Squiky In enhanced trainer there are a option that you only lose your weapons when you died or arrested I'm using this for me it's enough punishment lose weapons :)
