This Mod enhances the Red Carpet. The Red Carpet was in a mission but i added paparazzi's to it and added 2 Limos with celebrities in them, this is aimed at people who make movies using the Rockstar Editor.

3. Place RedCarpet.dll, RedCarpet.ini and NativeUI.dll in your scripts folder.
4. Launch Game & Enjoy!

yeah yeah but would be more immersive if it would automaticly load at night only. But then again i have no idea if this is even possible to create so just sayin
