Place BetaTakedowns.dll into your "scripts" folder. You will need the latest versions of ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet.
About
This script replaces the regular boring gun takedown animations with the beta ones. It was supposed to resemble Red Dead Redemption's execution style but not used for unknown reasons, looks way cooler too especially with the camera effects.

"Bust a cap in a mufucken ass,let that btch know!"-Moodymann
I tested the mod and it works perfectly fine, only issue I see people getting a little upset over are that npcs fall a split second after the animation is initiated, not a big deal though. Definitely recommend installing this mod.
doesnt work on newest patch
i hope we can use these takedowns in gta 6
@bbrandumbb I haven't tried this mod since May but will give it another shot. Perhaps I had something conflicting with it. But, I remember the NPCs would start to ragdoll before my character even initiates the takedown.
this so fuccn hard lol
@Naomi Minamoto I think yes
beta takedown unexpected error how do i fix that
It just ragdolls before i even shoot the enemy
@L ton u using better radgol/europhia mod?
if yes its probably it, if not then i can know that its not problem of the mod :D
someone should make an update for this with the authorization of josh
or maybe ask him if he can update it
damn you. Why don't you update your mods, shameless.
@Wolf_22 cause gta gets boring after a few years
For people asking, better radgol/europhia mod causes the animation not to play on the victim so they just fall on the ground :(
It is really well done! For me it doesn't work that good with pistols, but any other gun does a great job!
mod doesnt work anymore:((
I've uploaded a fixed version here: https://www.nexusmods.com/gta5/mods/903/?tab=description
all credits go to Jedijosh, because this is unmodified in terms of function, i won't provide support
