Could you change Michael into the MP Male character?

Can you replace Michael with PED model - 'g_m_y_korlleut_01' I would like to be able to play as that PED instead of michael, so I can drink whisky, smoke and do such things as player.

It would be even better if it was Old Vito, but it's pretty good.
