Hi everyone this is the 4th version of the Negan mod! This version has taken me about 2 months to make and this is a complete remake from scratch. I havent been uploading much lately due to me not having as much time nowadays but i do work on these mods in all my spare time, more mods are coming like Eziekel, Jesus and Dwight also a updates, but these all take time and this is just a hobbie. I hope you all enjoy the mod and thanks for continuing to support me :)
Features:
- Full Facial Animations
- Hand drawn face diffuse textures and specular maps and hand sculpted detailed normal maps!
- Fully rigged
- Removable scarf
- Removable beard
- Full blood overlay (bullet holes etc.)

- Updated clothes and added scarf

- Added Negans jacket
- Added better scarf
- Added full facial animations
- Redone face completely from scratch
- Added normal and specular maps
- Added glove on one hand
v4.0
- Completely remade mod from scratch.
- Added no beard option

Installation:
Non-Addon
Rename the "negan" folder, yft and ymt to mp_m_claude_01 or what ever streamed ped you want to replace.
Using OpenIV go to this directory (Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\)
Then delete the contents of mp_m_claude_01 (ones already in game)
Also drag and drop the contents of mp_m_claude_01 (the one that came with the mod) into the folder you just deleted the files from
After that in the streamedpeds_mp.rpf drag and teh .ymt file and the .yft file
Done!

@JustSomemodder Thanks! My Addons stopped working recently (I think it needs an update after the whole Casino Update), so I replaced Claude. I ran into the same issue with the blocky GTA map man, so I tried what you said with changing the wardrobe to default and it worked! ^_^
I love how Negan is, but you could do: Abraham, Eugene, Rosita, Morgan, Carol, Shane, Dale, The Governor, Merle or Daryl or even Michonne, or Ezequiel, Andrea, there are many characters from The Walking Dead but put To all you can if? It would be very cool, and it would be fun.
