Open OpenIV and navigate to "x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one" and paste the content of the "Miku Shirt" folder insides, replacing the original "uppr_diff_004_a_uni", do not forget to activate the Edit Mode above.
