This is old King Piccolo, from Dragon Ball. He is Kami's evil side incarnate, which was purged from himself before becoming Earth's Guardian.

This mod file include King Piccolo with his robes, and without his robes.

Requirements
- Updated GTA5
- Updated Scripthook (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv)
- Addon Peds Mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
- Silkteams DBZ mod(optional)

Install: use Add-on Peds by Meth0d https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector or replace an existing npc like ig_bankman, etc
