I have decided to release the skins I have made for the peds I Use in My videos.
==Changelog==
V1.3 Changed from a skin pack to include textures as Base models have been removed as the OIV no longer works as some peds are now in PD22/23
V1.2 Added new Palinclothes officer. Requires base model by RadicalRadish link in folder.
Credits go to Festival Matt and The Punisher. for the base models that I have re-skinned.
Install in this order.
1. download Festival matts British Ped pack.oiv (it still works) https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/british-ped-pack-oiv-version
2. Download and Install The Punishers Garda Pack officer https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/irish-garda-pack
3. Download this pack and search using openIV F3 for each ped file and change the texture files, the same as you do for Vehicles.
Most peds are in x64e.rpf/models/cdimages
female cops are x64v.rpf/models/cdimages. also patchday 4 and 6
Main cop is Patchday9

s_m_m_prisguard_01 on some systems is now patchday22 you will need to copy s_m_m_prisguard that festival matts oiv has placed in x64e.rpf to patchday 22 manually
Could you create this into a OIV if possible just can't figure out how to install everything to the right model.
@cathalgall upload now changed as base models no longer available so re-download and install the same as vehicles
