when you only wear the tanktop or a shirt, there are no arms.
so you have to wear the right fitted arms too.
(i choosed this method to be compatible with other tattoo mods.)

- go to "Player Options" 👉🏽 "Wardrobe" 👉🏽 "Tops2 (Outer)" 👉🏽 Type 11 (choose the tattoo you want over "Texture")
🔸crewneck shirt (xxl tshirt)

Please someone help me. Even though I did everything right, the mod is not working at all. I tried everything and it doesn't work.
@MaverickMurphy Can you tell me how you did it my friend?
@E30M50 install EMF SP by the same creator, put all the files from this mod into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\EMFsingleplayer\dlc.rpf\x64\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one. Use a trainer like menyoo or enhanced native trainer to change clothing components.
@MaverickMurphy alright, so I tried doing what it says and going to Top2 (outer) and he says go to option 11. However from my view there is no option 11. How do I fix this
@MaverickMurphy Also I downloaded EMF SP too , and its not working, i did the lines in the xml file and all that

@E30M50 there is no solution to that. With every item you need to activate the arms with trainer
