The instructions for the installation are inside of the rar.file. Do you remember the old hat with the L.S logo i replaced that hat with the Los Santos Black hat with a White version of it. I Hope you enjoy my mod.

@DaAlphaSupreme yeah i dropped the backup image so people can replace it faster because not everyone knows how to dig deep in the files... Btw i used GIMP
Why does Franklin needs a white cap? A green one will be better

There is no file reads me in the folder. Put the install location for white cap.
