ALWAYS MAKE BACKUPS!!!

to install, Open OPENIV, navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods and open the file x64v.rpf
Click Models/CDimages/steampedsprops.rpf and then search for Player_one_P

"x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_one_p"

Once in the folder, make backups and replace the following 2 files
p_head_diff_019_e.ytd and p_head_diff_016_e.ytd
