Just came to me to make a Coogi Sweater Pack so here it is

How to install COOGI SWEATER PACK for Franklin by Grizzle_Beeztana

Requiments
Open IV- https://www.openiv.com
Menyoo- https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
ScriptHookV- https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v
ScritpHookVDotNet- https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net
https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/armani-pack ( for the sweater modle )

*************
- First ( if you havent alredy ) download and install and follow the directions for OpenIV ScriptHookV ScriotHookVDotNet and the ARMANI PACK

- Open, OpenIV click EDIT MODE Yes then go to mods/x64v.rpf/models/streampeds.players.rpf/player_one

- Open Armani Pack Folder, FILES, SWEATSHIRTS, Drag both files into OpenIV
- Open up Coogi Sweater Pack, Drag YTD files into OpenIV
