Frozen ain't complete without Elsa's goofy yet lively little sister, Anna. I know there's already a mod of her for GTA V, but that was a crappy payware mod by GTA5Modaz and it isn't optimised for cutscene use either. Not to mention that I do have a higher-quality model of Anna from Kingdom Hearts 3 though I might have to rig her later so this will do for now.
Installation instructions:
Using OpenIV, copy the ig_frozenanna folder along with the ig_frozenanna.yft and ymt files from the streamed folder to peds.rpf in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf. This assumes that you already have Addon Peds as well as the required scripts set up.
Alternatively if you want to replace a cutscene ped, rename the ig_frozenanna folder as well as its respective yft and ymt files to let's say cs_lamardavis in case you want to have Anna stand in for Lamar and roast the living daylights out of poor Franklin, or you could do it the easy way by following this tutorial:

For FiveM server operators, a componentped version is also included in "component or FiveM" which you can add as a resource. The streamed one can also be used but since that requires subdirectory file mapping which is only available for users who are on a Patreon tier, I am unsure if the streamed one would work hence why I made an alternative version.

@azzman_01 There are actually some content creators that make some funny but family friendly videos / livestreams. There is a lot that GTA is not, that people have creatively made different - why I never get tired of the game and my daughter, for one is going to want me to make a police chase video with Elsa and Ana now the duo is available.

If it's something like pr0n involving these or any of the Elsagate nonsense I mentioned above, I'd balk at it, but for a simple sh*tpost or what @waynieoaks does when he plays video games with his daughter, this should be fine.
