1- Add all the files to the x:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf
2-Open AddonPeds Editor.exe click peds/new model name:agentc type:male streamed:false

@axslayer33 i've actually changed the original hands with ingame hands those were huge lol but i had to scale them to match the forearms i might fix it later
