Replace textures with the ones in the pack.
I recommend U to Replace them 1 by 1 to make sure they are Replaced!

1. Open This archive with OpenIV
***\RockstarGames\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf
2. Go to this address at the dlc.rpf witch you just opened.
\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\player_one\
3. Find uppr_diff_005_a_uni.ytd and replace it with the one in this mod pack
if it didn't work (should work!) replace this one along side others
in x64v.rpf at this address:
