- Saved as dds formate for no texture pixelation
- Added carbon fiber details

New features:
- Extract the file and place rmodsian_sign_3 on your desktop
- open OpenIV
- Goto GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/rmodsian/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/rmodsianvehicles.rpf/rmodsian.ytd
- Turn on Edit mode
- open rmodsian.ytd
- Click on Import
- In the Open windows, choose the mod livery file rmodsian_sign_3.dds and Open it
- Press Save and close OpenIV
- enjoy :)
