Open your OpenIV: GTA V ...
and Go to
GTA V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Search for pranger.ytd
press edit mode.
Select Him And Click on Replace.
Select your file and press open.
Now close edit mode.
And have a funny play ;)
