1. Start Open IV and navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
2. Enable Edit Mode
3. Drag burrito2.ytd into vehicles.rpf replacing the original files.
4. Disable edit mode, close and enjoy!

So doing this will change every burrito van to this texture or is there still variation for pedestrians who aren't coroners?
