The LCPD has decided to bring back ESU as it was present in gta III (although called swat) the Vehicles still have NOOSE logos on them but they are now ESU

To install these Liveries you must go to Mods/update/64x/dlcpacks/LCpack/dlc.rpf/64x/levels/gtav/vehicles/vehicles.rpf and drag and drop the textures to there
