- Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/gtr/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf/gtr.ytd
- Click Import and select r35_sign_8 (Make sure edit mode is enabled!!)
- Hit Save
- Done
- To use in-game Open Menyoo -> Vehicle Options - > Menyoo Customs - > Livery
If the Livery doesn't apply, rename the texture and change the number through OpenIV.
