Hello,
I'm here with the GSP skins for the sheriff Cruiser and the SUV
INSTALLION: There is it's own way to install the .png files. First navigate to: x64e.rpf\level\gta5\vehicles.rpf then go to vehshare.ytd or other .ytd file, put on the Editing mode, then double click the file you want to edit and find the texture you want to edit, click it once, then click replace. That was a showcase. You can do that with Sheriff.ytd in the patchday3 folder too.
---UPDATES---
29.6.2015 - Changed city police cars to GSP vehicles
Made every police vehicle darker and made the SUV black.
1.7.2015 - Updated the screenshots
---FUTURE PLANS---
-Make the skins darker (if requested or needed)
-Improve both

Texas State Troopers should be pretty easy since they're black and white with a gold emblem on the door. That would be awesome!

Yes.
Go to the vehicles.rpf (I suppose you at least know where that is) then find vehshare.ytd, double click it, find police_new2, click it once, then click replace.
@lncia But just replace the texture files in the sheriff and sheriff2 in the x64e.rpf and in the patchday3 folder

I've been looking for any taxi mods that replace the default taxi. Do you have a modded taxi or know where I can find one - preferably yellow like in New York. Thanks!
