First You Will Need To Install The Evo First: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/mitsubishi-lancer-evolution-ix-mr-add-on

Go To Update/x64/DLCpacks/evo9/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf
and replace the texture with the 1 i provided and enjoy :D

Mod Will Be Updated With Better Graphics On It.
