This is a digital camo livery for rockstar games cargobob (the dual blade chinook).
I created this just to give it a better look.

To install this livery, in openiv go to

mods-update-x64-dlcpacks-patchday4ng-dlc.rpf-x64-levels-gta5-vehicles.rpf

Scroll down until you see cargobob.ytd
Select Edit mode
Open cargobob.ytd and drag and drop the attached livery
Do this for cargobob hi.ytd as well
Deselect edit mode and open cargobob hi.yft to preview
