WHY?! I am obsessed with realism, and some license plates need white text. So I made white text, and decided this should be a mod.
OpenIV is a must!
Location:
mods, update, update rpf, x64, data
To Replace, go to the location and simply replace the carcols.
NOTE: Please know that I do not take blame for any damage caused. All plates have been tested repeatedly, and no faults are expected. If there is a problem, or a question let me know.

Tell me a colour recommendation. You MUST tell me the colour you want, using hex colour code.....and maybe I will make it!

I realy enjoyed your mod, but how did you do this?
I would like to update my brazilian plates mod with their real colours but i don't know how. And other question, i tried to do by myself but it didn't work, do the plates have to be in the same colour? I would appreciate if you help me.
