This pack is somewhat based off of Hanover County, VA, USA. The Charger and Tahoe have been modified
a lot from what their IRL counterparts look like, even though HCSO doesn't use Chargers.

1) Download Car File(s): Full Pack by t0y: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/16214-city-of-paleto-police-department/
2) Find the designated .ytd file from each vehicle in the texture dictionary.
3) Double click to open, make sure edit mode is on, then scroll 'till you find "(car)_sign_xx"
4) Press "replace" at the top left of the screen and find the location where you put the download
5) Drool over how sexy the liveries are.
