You Can Use This On Any Ped.
1. Rename The Player One File To The Name Of The Ped You Wish To Have The XXXTENTACION Voice. If You Want The Voice To Replace Franklin You Do Not Need To Rename it.
2. Now Drag That Same File To GTAV/Scripts/VoicePlayer.
HOW TO USE MOD
Load Up The Game And Switch To The Ped You Applied The XXXTENTACION Voice To And Press "E" Your Character Should Start Talking, Enjoy!

@Scraner the voice player doesn't work for me, character has lip movement but not sound.
@zorrozol some lines are low in volume im trying 2 fix it but its hard 2 get the volume right but most of the voice lines work so keep trying
@scraner how do you make these voice packs because i want to try it out for myself and upload fast and furious voice packs
@jhope34 this is what i do.
find the voice lines you want to use, weather it be on youtube or a soundboard or whatever.
i then screen record that one line.
https://www.kapwing.com/tools/trim-video i then use this to trim the voice line down.
https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-mp3 then this to turn the video to an mp3.
then put the mp3 file into into a folder with the name of the ped your gonna use. and throw that folder into scripts/voiceplayer
