In gta 5 cloud types correspond to their time cycles. But in the vanilla system, clouds for some reason still get stuck if you play single free room for a long time. DLL does a weather check so that clouds do not get stuck and correspond to their weather

I would like to see screenshots. My mod has quite colorful bright moments but they happen at 21:00 (the sun has already set). These are clouds, overcast, rain, thunder timecycles. As for how my mod works with others. I don't know what files other mods like Quantum5 replace and what they use, additional shaders or something else. So I don't know what to say here. I advise you to use a version of GTA5 completely clean from other graphic mods. Since in your experience they can mix.

Completely new reworked mod. It may be similar in some moments to NVTR. But in general everything is reworked.

The mod was removed by the administration because I left a link to an external download resource without their knowledge. Because the file did not fit on 5mods. Now it can be found on Nexus Mods. I lost the sources for development, so I will not continue to work on this mod. In addition, GTA 5 is a very old game with a crooked structure of game files, models and textures.
