Short description
This mod removes dot reticle (make it invisible) and hit markers too. Scopes on snipers still works, maybe now will be little hard to aim your target. Maybe you asking why I made this mod. I made it because I wanted to share my version with stock sniper scopes with you and I wanted more challenging shootouts.
Installation instructions
You can use package installer with OpenIV or you can manually install it check Readme.txt. You will need OpenIV.

mod still works perfectly however you have to install it in \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf\ you do not place it inside the patch folder.

doesnt work
Tried installing manually but "scaleform_generic.rpf" is not in my cdiimages folder and im scared to install ovi because I have too many mods and chance of conflict is high. Any thoughts? Ty!
The mod's author made a mistake or didn't update the instructions for installing the mod manually. The path where hud_reticle.gfx should be replaced is: Grand theft auto V / mods / update / update.rpf / x64 / data / cdimages / scaleform_generic.rpf
The mod works quite well.

the true path and this: mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/cdimages/scaleform_generic
once in data you should not go to patch.
or if in patch put it in scaleform minigames
It would be good to modify your instructions for future people
