This mod will make you almost impossible to survive when you are in 5 stars. It dispatches, x8 of normal amount. Also, police and swat has a pro racer handling so it's much harder than before. Everybody might think how to install... BUT don't worry! ITS OIV package!!!!
Files Replacing:
common.rpf
Installation: Open OpenIV and go to package installer. Then, pick any of my oiv files and install into mods folder! DONT FORGET TO TAKE A BACKUP!

thats the risk of using oiv, you dont know what files it replaces, anyways, you need to turn the oiv into a zip file and it shows what it replaces, or you should have just made a backup, i haven't unzipped it so it might be in code so idk but i tried my best to explain
