How did you edit the audio files? I can import and export .wav files, but I can't find a way of creating an audio wave container.
I love the idea! This brings back memories! I have a problem, though. When I drag the .oac file over, I get this message:
"Some files not imported, more information below.
td_loading_music.oac(Line 9): WAVE Audio format is not supported."
I have done this before (the GTA 2 theme) and it was the exact same instructions. I followed your instructions perfectly, or so I thought. What am I doing wrong?
@justinother2001 same problem as you.
The original file is .awc, this modified one is .oac seems like that would not work. Here's to hoping it gets updated.
@SirParadox good question may i ask if u have the name "paradox" on skype and or if u know anyone calaled h01 Dave. also u might be that guy cuz of 2 ressons same picture and very familiar name, and also if im right u own a social networking site :D not sure
@alexnader @justinother2001 @SirParadox I have updated the file, should be working now (v1.1). Just waiting for admin approval.
In order to edit audio files, import them in Sony Vegas and then export them as a WAV MONO 48000 Hz audio file. You should be able to import them with OpenIV after.
@Network_Specialist No sorry, my skype name is way different :D
@BenDeR
The new .oac file worked perfectly! Thanks!
@alexnader
Also, OpenIV will handle the .oac file accordingly and convert it to the proper format automatically
@BenDeR @justinother2001 worked like a charm now, thanks a thousand guys !
This is nice, but why is the sound very low, and yes my volume is fully turned up on my headphones!
Can you make one for "Cops" Bad Boys, Bad Boys..............
@ZeroX cool, so you're not alone, I came to say this too.
@alexnader @ZeroX That's because it has the same gain as the original theme. Please check if you have the same problem with other loading themes or you can open the .oac file with notepad and increase the gain.
@BenDeR hey, I know it's way after the fact, but would you mind adding the louder version ? I'm really not sure how to do it, but would super appreciate the favour. Still love and use this mod.
@BenDer Did you ever find a solution to the low volume on the .oac files? Increasing the gain doesn't really seem to do anything.
anyone who doesn't know this song by heart is a failure and shouldn't call themselves a fan of the series.
Openiv does not convert it, why not just up the required format in the first place?
Does not work.
