If you want to install different door texture, just find it in "Extra textures" folder and follow the installation instructions (from Step 2)

*Realistic signs on doors & walls made of an original texture from Rockstar

INSTALLATION
Warning: this mod is not made for using it in GTA Online!
Use OpenIV to replace the vanilla files
1. Make sure you have ASI Loader and OpenIV.asi (optional) installed
2. Go to:
YOUR_GTAV_FOLDER/mods (optional - see this) /x64k.rpf/levels/gta5/_citye/scentral_01/sc1_19.rpf
3. Replace sc1_19_sheriff.ydr and sc1_19_sheriff+hidr.ytd there
4. Close everything and start the game to check if my mod works

If anything goes wrong: use backup to restore the original files | reply to my work at its page on lcpdfr.com or gta5-mods.com | have a cup of tea with biscuits in order to settle down

Ok. I'm so slow (like Slowpoke) and after 16 hours of Update 1.1 approval I remembered that there must be a comment.
Now you know that in the new version there are 5 extra door textures, which makes your choice larger.
I've visited every PD in Los Santos and made some "door-shots" to recreate them in Davis. And my imagination worked here, too.
Each new texture is illustrated in the 2nd screenshot (actually, 7 screenshots are there), it has its own name and description (must be amusing, if not, you just don't understand my humor). I've included this pic in archive, as well as extra .ydr's. "+LS Seal" folder means "... & LS seal" in the name of a texture.
That's all I wanted to add here. See README. And write here if something bad occurs.

How did you edit the embedded textures for the station? I'm having a little bit of trouble replicating what you did.

If only you want this (20 downloads in a day makes me feel this is not a mod you need). This is the reason why I created 5 extra doors textures!
hey man, do you know that Davis is based on Compton? In real life Compton patrolled by LASD, so in Compton only Sheriff DP, no Police DP.
you should make a Compton sign that's says welcome to Compton lke in real life

in the main entrance the LSPD hedge says “Founded 1781”

“LOS SANTOS
est. 1889”
That’s the LSSD foundation (Wrote even in the sheriff stanier) what a mistake!
@RED-ITA If you actually paid attention, Red, you'd know that the CITY of LOS SANTOS was founded in 1781. That's the CITY. The COUNTY of Los Santos, THE COUNTY, was founded in 1889, as was the LSPD and LSSD. There is no mistake, and even if it was, horrible reason for 2 star rating, you've no respect and you're totally wrong.
Here are the foundation dates in a list for you
CITY of LS: 1781
COUNTY of LS: 1889
LSPD: 1889
LSSD: 1889 (probably. The date on the car states the foundation date of the county, not necessarily the LSSD, though it is possible it was founded along with the county.)
This lines up with the real life dates, as the CITY of LOS ANGELES was founded before the COUNTY of Los Angeles. Here's the IRL years of founding:
CITY of LA: 1781
COUNTY OF LA: 1850
LAPD: 1869

@AlexVonSheep Love it, Especially that my Dispatch does not send LSSD in BC and that Jurisdiction fix crashes my game. I wanted to ask a quick question : Could you by any chance make a mod that removes every single Firetruck from the Fire stations ? They annoy me since I get LSCoFD in Blaine County and LSCoFD in LSIA so it annoys me. Thanks.
