I call this one "The Crown Jewel." It's more of an office than a house actually. It has a master suite and some guest rooms but it's purpose is mostly for business. Also because it's shaped like a diamond (badum tss)
REQUIREMENTS: (IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!!I MPORTANT!!)

INSTALLATION:
Just place all the contents of the "YMAP" folder at: \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\CustomMaps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf
Also, I created a Patreon Page and included a Paypal link in GTA 5 profile for those who are messaging me. Feel free to check it out :)

sir i did everything right the mod is working fine but i don't have cars or plane on the property what should i do waiting for your positive response.
guelo000 how can i make houses in game and turn them into files for people to download? please help me
@mundungus69 you can place them yourself with map editor and save it as XML to your autoloadmaps in scripts

i have 2.2.3 and for the road i have blocks instead and cannot get into the property because of it. older version of map builder like you said is installing old versions of gameconfig and heaplimit and ccausing my game crash so i update and cannot make your map work properly! please help!

Hello brother, i have an issue and will be very grateful if you will help me. I installed the latest map editor, and map builder 2.2.2 and pasted the ymap files. but when i launch GTA 5, i run into an infinite loading screen loop. can you help me solve the problem?
