After 4 years inactive here's a little mod that I have converted to gtav its a small modern cabin located near a 24/7 store at mount chiliad have fun with it and enjoy more to come.

---How To Install---
requirements

OpenIV
Custom_Maps Folder

Note: Please make sure you copy to mods folder before you install this could save your ass if anything happens to your game. And

You must have the custom map folder installed to your game if not please install it and add it as a dlc. I have the folder provided to you.

1.) Place Modern_Cabin folder @ GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

2.) Copy and paste dlcpacks:/Modern_Cabin/ @ GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml (This also apply's to the custom_maps folder if you haven't got it)

3.) Open OpenIV search for hei_cs2_11_strm_1.ymap & v_seating_tables.ytyp and replace both in the Mod folder.

3.) Place modern cabin.ymap into your custom_maps/dlc.rpf

4.) Your Done Enjoy.
