I was bored and decided to make a little construction site, with a powerline that has been damaged.

I suggest turning Blackout on with your menu to shut the power off, just to add to the realism, as obviously the power company would shut off the power before working on the lines.

Installation:
Place the CONSTRUCT.xml file inside the menyooStuff/Spooner folder.
