To install you just need to take the "Detail Film Set" file and drag it into your GTA 5 folder.
This map adds details to the film set, including dozens of vehicles (patrol/ambulance/tow truck...), NPCs and some objects. This map also adds a car park reserved for vehicles for scene shoots (including police cars/boat...).
