New and enhanced plaza, with restaurants, benches, lots of peds, etc.
No bugs found.

You MUST have Menyoo by Mafins to play with this map!

Install instructions:
- Open up your GTA V main directory
- Find your "Menyoo Stuff" file folder
- Inside Menyoo Stuff, find the "Spooner" folder
- Go back to the file you got here and drop the XML file into "Spooner" folder
