You will need:
Map Editor - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor 2.1
Copy beachmansion.xml to gta5 folder, then when your are in the game, press F7 and Load beachmansion.
or copy to gta5/scripts/autoloadmaps To autoload at start up.

when I approach the house the game crashes :/
isn(t my computer your map must have a little bug or a corumpt object

@TestedModz bizard it's because I turned the map over 1500/3000 object of habitide: /
maybe a noobish question but can you have these houses as your safehouse say for trevor instead of that shitty trailer can you use these houses?

@Max6 Actually you can have a user made house as your save point may I list the mod here?
